I am moving out of this lovely 2 bedroom flat located in the west end and am looking for someone to take my place.

The double bedroom has a south-facing window that gets lots of sunshine and is warm and cozy.

The flat is in an excellent location, just 1 minute away from a Tesco Express and around 10 - 15 minutes from a Lidl. It is in a popular area of the west end close to many cafes and restaurants, with easy access to the city centre via public transport and about a 30 minute walk to Buchanan Street. The flat is nearby the University of Glasgow and less than 5 minutes away from Kelvingrove Park.

I am looking for a respectable and tidy person who is reliable in paying rent and bills. You will be sharing the flat with a chill and easy-going roommate.

Broadband is included in the rent. The amount for electricity and gas is slightly varied depending on each month, but is approximately £40 - £60. Council tax band C is around £90 each and is not included in the rent.

I will move out once the move in date is arranged, however, I can adjust the move in date to be slightly earlier or later.
