Hi there, thanks for checking out this ad. My name is Ellie and I'm a Glasgow School of Art student looking to sublet a spare bedroom in a lovely 2 bed flat within a traditional tenement building, minutes from Sauchiehall street and all of central Glasgow's shops and amenities. I'm seeking a female student flatmate to enjoy the flat with me and ideally looking for someone that is bright, bubbly and wanting to enjoy all that Glasgow has to offer for students.
This would ideally suit someone who is wanting to change/reset their current student accommodation situation. Living with me, you'd have the full use of the flat (- kitchen, living room etc) and be a true flatmate. I'd be happy to meet up for a visit but obviously being careful, I'd need to see a student card or alternative proof of your student status.
