Big shared living room, hardly anyone uses it.
Option to keep this bed frame and buy a futon or have a new bed bought.
Joint tenancy.
Big living room hardly used.
Look for some one to move in mid July.
Council tax approx 50/60 option to make it a student flat and pay nothing, apparently lots of people do this, as we have one student but currently council tax is split between everyone still.
