8 minutes walk to Byres Road, 15 minutes to Glasgow Uni Campus, 6 minutes to Maryhill Tesco Extra.

This is a quiet, friendly and organised flat. The current flatmates are tidy, respectful and conscientious of doing their share of a rota, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable with this set up.

It is my daughter’s flat. She lives there but I act as landlord and deal with all lodger arrangements.
