10–12 minute walk to the Royal Holloway campus. A bus stop is located 100 meters directly opposite the house, running regular schedules to Egham and Staines.

The House & Room:
Fully furnished bedrooms (Doubles: £615 & £620 pcm | Single: £550 pcm).Wifi / Internet included. Private rear garden and patio area. Off-street parking available. Please note: Utility bills are not included in the rent.

House Preferences:
This is a peaceful household ideal for a clean and tidy student who values a quiet environment to study and relax. This is a strict non-party house, and social gatherings/events are not hosted here.

No couples or room sharing.
