It’s located on the first floor of a townhouse within walking distance of Royal Holloway University, shops, and restaurants. Windsor Great Park is also close by for those who enjoy nature and the outdoors.

The area blends village charm with beautiful countryside, while still offering quick access to London via nearby Egham train station.

We are a family of four - a married couple with two children aged 11 and 5 - and we share the house with three cats. Our family bedrooms and bathroom are on the top floor, separate from the living areas. All other spaces shown in the photos are shared, and the shower bathroom is for the lodger’s use.

Our current lodger is a French student completing an internship until mid-December.

My husband and I both work full-time, so the house is very quiet during the day. In the evenings and at weekends, we are often out and about due to the children’s busy sporting schedules, so apart from lively mornings, the home mainly stays quiet.

We’ve welcomed lodgers for two and a half years, and it has always been a wonderful experience.
