The apartment is located in a really quiet area, Arndale is quite close just 3-5 mins walking. There's both train and a bus station pretty close, and co-op and park less than two minute walking from the apartment.

The apartment is fully furbished, you can have a look at the pictures, but basically there's almost everything you could think of, a dishwasher, washing machine and so on.

I am the only other person in the flat, I work as a tech/software designer, I work hybrid so I am 1 or 2 days a week working from the office but the rest of the week I usually spend most of the time home.
I am Spanish and have been here for about a year, I have a small dog, so it's pretty much a must that you would be happy to live with one, it is a small one as it is a Shiba Inu, pretty much never barks or does any noise and is really friendly :)

Besides that, I do like video games and tech, going to the gym sport on a regular basis and different sports such as surf or snowboard
