Big double bedroom with en suite in a new build flat right in the centre of all the bars and restaurants in NQ/Ancoats. Flat is in really good condition, floor to ceiling windows. Has a concierge, roof terrace and a free on-site gym.
Bills are around £160 per month each.
My currently flatmate is moving out at the start of November to move to Australia. At this point there will be 9 months left on the contract.
I work as a freelance video editor so I don’t have set working hours. I usually have weekends off and work between 1-5 days during the week.
When not working I enjoy chilling, going to the gym, watching tv and going for food and drinks with friends. I’m in a band so spend a couple of days a week practicing (not in the flat) and gig a couple of weekends a month. Pretty social on a weekend always out and about with pals.
A tidy person is a must because I hate mess!
