I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 5 bedroom house of girls. The tenancy is until 1st July and is around £115 per week (£500 a month) including bills.
The room is large with a small double bed, built in wardrobe and drawers, chest of drawers, desk and chair, shelves. Is very spacious with bay windows letting in natural light. Shared kitchen and living area, 2 bathrooms, on road parking spaces, and small patio area at back.
The girls are all very friendly and super clean and tidy, love going out but also love a movie night in. They are interested in fashion, shopping and going out for cocktails. All students are at uni of manchester or man met.
