hi, this double room is available with a private bathroom and shared living room and kitchen from the 25th of august as my flat mate is moving out.

the area is very safe and you’re just a stones throw from local amenities like a sainsburies, bars, restaurants, a gym, bike routes, canal. as well as fantastic public transport like deansgate/castle field tram stop and deansgate trainstation around a minute away. if you’d prefer to walk it’s about. a 10/15 minute walk into the city centre. the flat is on the water and has a balcony overlooking the river where you can see ducks swimming past.

you also have access to your own private underground car parking spot, i don’t drive so it’s all yours if you drive.

im a professional working in the city centre so i’ll be at work during the day, i also go on work trips quite often. i’m a tidy and quiet person but i enjoy socialising and meeting new people. i’m very laid back and i respect others’ privacy.
