I am leaving Manchester due to personal reasons and wanting to be closer to home and where my family live, so am looking for someone to take over my room in this wonderful apartment. It is on the 25th floor of Greengate Apartments. It is located in the middle of Manchester, with about a 5-10 minute walk away from the Arndale, Corn Exchange, Selfridges etc! Not only this, but it is a 7 minute walk to Victoria Station which makes commuting super easy for any job!

The actual apartment itself has stunning views of Manchester, with a balcony which is great for with the sun is out! And a shoot on the 25th floor to put your rubbish in to save you going all the way back down. I have the slightly smaller room, but I have the main bathroom with a bath as my flat mate has the master room with an en-suite. The flat comes fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped so all you would need to do is bring yourself and a few glasses / plates etc! Another handy feature in the kitchen is the dishwasher!

Greengate Apartments itself is a sociable and vibrant apartment complex, which is a great place for making new friends! There is the reception area, with every receptionist being lovely and helpful. Communal areas consist of the garden area, the gym which can be used at anytime and free of charge to residents, and the hub downstairs which is great for working in, or lounging on the sofas whilst you drink your free latte, hot chocolate, americano etc from the coffee machine! The complex is also pet friendly so feel free to move in your pet too! ☺️ There is also parking available at an extra cost too.
