I’m moving out of my current flat due to a work opportunity and looking for someone to take over my room. The flat is located in Salford, (7min walk from Victoria, 9min walk from Exchange Square), super central and great amenities around such as Sainsbury’s Local and ASDA Express.

The building has a number of amenities including a gym, cinema room, rooftop terrace, sky lounge, resident events/pop ups (such as crafting sessions, resident socials, Pilates etc), 24hr concierge & plenty of co working space. The concierge staff are lovely and social events are a great way to meet people especially if you’re new to the area.

My flatmate is friendly, tidy & really easy to live with. We met through Spare Room and was not awkward at all living together. We often watched TV together, went for coffee & pastries. But we also understood the importance of alone time so never felt pressured to socialise if we weren’t in the right mood to. It would be great to find someone that is compatible as a friend as well as a flatmate.

I have listed this as en-suite because the bathroom would be entirely yours and includes plenty of storage space & a bath. The flat itself is spacious with lots of storage including a shoe cupboard & washroom.
