Rent is no bills except WiFi, I pay 100 for electric, 34 for water and about 110 for council tax.
As im moving out end of January i need someone to take over the property for the remainder of my tenancy which ends end of August, even though the deposit is listed in the add as 966, i currently dont have a deposit as i chose the option to pay an extra 40 a month on top of the rent so i pay 879 a month instead of having any deposit, this includes the internet in the building which is pretty good.
