I am moving somewhere else so I no longer need my room at Mill Point for 2026/27. I have lived at Mill Point twice before and have had no issues.

The room is a spacious double room with an en suite and a shared kitchen.

The contract is 44 weeks from 12/09/2026 to 17/07/2027 and is £215 a week which is one of the cheapest prices in Manchester for private accommodation.

There are washers and dryers on site as well as parking and the accommodation is located next to Picadilly station and is in a great location.
