Looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s tenancy as he is moving out at the end of next month. Excellent location in Manchester city centre, several shops/bars/restaurants on our doorstep, just 2 minutes from Deansgate
You’ll have the double en-suite room, which is full furnished. Shared living and kitchen area. All amenities included. Rent is £700pcm, plus bills of around £200 (council tax band A).
I work in the office usually 5 days a week, working from home occasionally. I’m a sociable person who likes going out for food and drinks, enjoy sports and try and run/gym a few times a week.
