We’re looking for a friendly, like-minded flatmate to move in from 28/04/2026 into our cosy, well-located flat in Manchester until 28/10/2026 (lower terms can be discussed if needs be).
The room available is a furnished double bedroom, with your own main bathroom (not en-suite, but only used by guests occasionally). The flat is fully equipped with everything you need including a washing machine, hoover, air fryer, coffee machine, and kettle—so no need to bring the essentials!
Location-wise, it’s ideal—just a few minutes’ walk to New Islington tram stop and Manchester Piccadilly station, with the Northern Quarter and Piccadilly Gardens around a 10-minute walk away.
You’ll be living with myself, a young professional who loves to go to the gym, loves weekends out and chilled also nights in. If you love Sophia and Cinzia, you’ll fit right in. You’ll also be living alongside my boyfriend, a young professional who also loves the the gym, and the occasional after work drink. He loves playing on his pc most of the time if he’s not watching football. You’d also need to be comfortable around dogs, as we sometimes babysit a Frenchie.
Ideally I would prefer a female or someone from the LGBTQ community!
If interested, we can arrange a viewing(I can also take some videos if required)
