We’re looking for someone to move in to our lovely apartment right on Angel Meadows park at the start of July! We’d be up for anyone that is the right fit, including couples and are LGBTQIA+ friendly.
The room/flat:
- Spacious double room
- Comes with massive fitted wardrobe and double bed / mattress
- Has it’s own gorgeous new bathroom with bath, rain shower, large mirrors and plenty of storage
- Open plan living room and kitchen with full length windows with views over the park
- All standard kitchen appliances including dishwasher, washer/dryer - if you have an air fryer you WILL be at an advantage, our flatmate is taking his when he leaves :(
- Have TV and Firestick
- We have concierge and it is a very safe, kinda fancy building
- Building has a gym, co-working space, social space with huge terrace and free coffees every day
- Foundation coffee shop downstairs
- bills between 150-200 monthly including fast WiFi
Literally 30 seconds from the park and:
- 5 mins Shudehill interchange buses and trams
- 5 mins Arndale
- 7 mins Northern Quarter
- 8 mins Victoria train station
About us:
We are Molly and Lukas and have lived here for just about a year. I work for a few restaurants and bars in town and spend my time between NQ and working from home, while Lukas is often working on site and travelling. We also have a beautiful big dog, Travis (see pic). He is lovely, a bit needy and very friendly. We’d maybe be open to living with another dog if they get along :)
Socially we’re both quite outgoing, love to spend time with friends, go for a pint, go walking and the occasional night out. That being said, we’re veryyyy keen on downtime and would love somebody that is green friendly.
We think it’s important to find the right person so would love to meet anyone that is interested!

**Please note that the rent *might* increase in September. We will need to negotiate this with the landlord. The deposit isn’t confirmed but it’s around £700, again handled directly with landlord
