The flat is located in New Islington and is only a 10 minute walk from the Northern Quarter/Ancoats. There are 2 other lovely girls who live here. The flat is very modern and clean, with a huge balcony that looks out onto the city. We are looking for someone very tidy and respectful. I am looking for someone ideally to move in at the start of July until 25th September (but can be flexible). We are council tax band B. The bills will usually take the rent up to maximum £700 per month.
