The room is part of a two-bedroom duplex apartment and is available Monday-Friday. It comes fully furnished with a spacious built-in wardrobe, desk with drawers, bedside table and lamp, bed, and fresh bedding.

The apartment is clean, generally quiet during the week and works well for someone looking for a comfortable base while working in Manchester.. A particular highlight is the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking landscaped communal gardens, which is extremely rare in Manchester city centre. The building is a converted Mail Sorting House, and despite being located on a main road, the apartment benefits from very little traffic noise, making it a surprisingly calm place to live.
The layout provides a good sense of separation, with your bedroom, the bathroom, and kitchen on the lower floor, and the shared living room and my bedroom on the upper floor.

A little about me:
I work full-time (9-5) and work from home 2-3 days per week. Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, making tea, seeing friends )although I mostly leave that to the weekends), relaxing, and watching TV. The flat is generally calm and quiet during the week.
I'm happy to be sociable and have a chat or watch TV together occasionally, but I also completely respect personal space and privacy if that's your preference.
I also have a friendly cat called Uno. He is fully litter-trained, and I keep his litter area clean and well-maintained. If preferred, it's easy to ensure that he does not enter your bedroom.
