Currently looking for a third flatmate to come rent out an apartment at The Blade Tower in Deansgate Manchester.

Looking to sort out more details and let agree from the landlord. Details include whether it is all bills included on rent price listed, wifi, ensuite or not.

We are 2 students so if we get another student it will be no council tax. And if bills aren't all included then a good guess for rent would be around £950 each person pcm.
