Double room available in my beautiful apartment in the city centre. The apartment is at the end of Deansgate, 2 minute walk to M&S/arndale, so very central and easy for transportation.
Available from the 24th of June. Short-term lets completely fine, minimum of 2 months. The flat is being sold next year so it cannot be let out longer than March 2025.
All bills are included in the price apart from electric - works out around £60-75pcm. Deposit is one months rent. The room is fully furnished.
Looking to live with someone friendly & fairly tidy. I do like to cook nice food (when I can), go gym, socialise, but also do appreciatte my down time. It would be good to find someone to live with who has similar lifestyle.
I work for myself - sometimes I do work from home but I'm usually out of the flat throughout the day during the week.
