1 double small furnished bedroom is available in a 2-bed 1-bathroom flat on Oxford road as I am relocating for work and looking for someone to take over from end of September/ start of October till April (7-8 months). 1 massive bathroom with bath tub, around building balcony, bin room in basement and 2 mins away from train station and SPAR 24hours and shops (ASDA, TESCO) and pubs all downstairs.
Pics are from videos hence the poor quality. Rent is £600 a month excluding bills, bills come around £150 a month (water, electricity, super-fast optic-fiber wifi and council tax). Price is a bargain for Central Manchester literally on Oxford road, I would have stayed for few years if I was not relocating!
