Hi!

Looking for a girly to continue sharing a flat with me from the 4th of July. I have been living here for 2 years and my flatmate is graduating so looking for someone to take her place.

The flat comes furnished and is right in the university area with good transport links and close to shops and supermarkets. There are also bars, cafes and gyms within reach for your everyday convenience.

You will be sharing the room with me. About me, I’m a 21-year-old full-time student and part-time nail tech. I’m quite easy-going, clean and respectful of other people’s space so I’d love to find someone similar to befriend and become flatmate. For council tax reason, I would prefer someone that is also student. It would be really calm and comfortable in the flat.

Rent: £600/month
Bills: Not included (approx. £100)
Deposit: £690
Council tax band D

If this feels like it, please get in touch and you can come over to view the space and see if we can be a great match!
