Hi! I'm looking for someone to take the second room in my flat and hopefully create a lovely home together.
The room is a bright double bedroom with lots of natural light, and you'll have your own private bathroom, so no need to share. The flat itself is spacious with an open-plan living room and kitchen, a balcony, and plenty of natural light throughout
.
The location is one of my favourite things about the flat. We're only about a 10-minute walk from Victoria Station, the Arndale, and several tram and bus stops, while Manchester Met is around a 30-minute walk away. It's close enough to the city centre to have everything on your doorstep, but far enough away that it still feels calm and residential.
A little bit about me: my name is Camila, I'm 24 and originally from Ecuador. I currently work full-time in communications and student engagement at Manchester Met, but I'll be starting a Master's in Publishing this September.
In my spare time, I love reading, writing, swimming, going for coffee, visiting the cinema, occasional drink, etc.
Ideally, I'm looking for someone in a similar position to me: currently working full-time and planning to become a student in September. This would make the referencing process a bit easier and would also mean we could both qualify for council tax exemption once we're studying.
More than anything, I'm looking for someone friendly, respectful and considerate
.
If you think we'd be a good fit, send me a message and tell me a little bit about yourself. I'd love to hear from you 😊
