Renting out 1 room in a 2 bed flat that is a traditional sandstone tenement located in the yorkhill area of Glasgow. I am doing some travelling in New Zealand and looking to rent out from now until around mid-May time but can be flexible by a couple of weeks

You will be sharing with my brother (25) who owns the flat with me. He works a 9-5 job and is very sociable.

You will have a large south-facing bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed and lots of storage.
