The room and shared areas are well furnished, recently renovated, accessible via lift, and located very close to public transport. The landlord is also very responsive and helpful!

The property is council tax band F. Although I am a full time PhD student and currently exempt from paying it. So the tax burden would be greater than normal if you are not exempt.
