Hi!

I've moved to Dennistoun a year ago and would like to share my flat with another student. Ideally with someone who's planning to stay for a bit longer depending on how it goes. I'll be living here for at least one and a half more years until I've finished my masters (I'm in 4th year Physics at Strath now).

I'm from Germany and have been living in Glasgow since my first year at uni. I do lots of sports (hockey, running, hiking...) and am fairly focused on my studies. Still, I enjoy going out every now and then or just having a pint with friends. If there are any spare weekends left, I’m exploring the Highlands or the Scottish islands.

I'm looking for a clean flat mate with similar interests who I can socialise or even become friends with.

The flat is a top floor tenement flat with a nice view and on street parking. Strathclyde Uni is a 10min cycle away or a 2min train ride (Bellgrove-High Street), if you don't want to get soaked. There is still some furniture missing in the room (wardrobe, office chair), but I'll do some Gumtree-shopping in the next couple of weeks.

I'm renting the flat via a letting agency, so you'll get a separate contract with them and pay them the rent/deposit. Energy and broadband are about £55 a month but will be in included in the £325 rent as you'll have the smaller room.

The room is officially available from the 01/02/20 but you could move in right now as my flatmate has moved out already.
