Hello! My name is Esha, I'm a 21 year old student at UofG currently staying with a friend (student) in a 3 bedroom flat.

The flat is a duplex apartment in the Finneston area. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room and 1 kitchen. The unoccupied room is furnished with a double bed, desk, chair and lots of storage space. The living room is large with sofas and a shared big TV. There is a washing machine in the kitchen. The flat also has its own multi-room speaker system built within the ceilings with bluetooth connection. The flat itself is a 15min walk to the uni and a 5-10min walk to the city centre. It has great transport links (bus stops, subway, train station nearby).

Bills vary from month to month depending on usage. They include electricity, gas and wifi.

We are looking for another student around our age who is tidy, clean and would keep the flat in an orderly fashion. They need to be quiet, socially aware and respectful of the other families living in the building. Message me if you are interested and want more details/pics and we can meet/organise a viewing.
