Hi! We've got a small double room in a flat share with 2 professionals. One assistant psychologist and an architect in the last year of training (both 26 year old men).

3 mins walk to Gospel Oak overground station, and to Hampstead Heath. 10 minutes walk to Kentish Town Station on the Northern line. Low rise council build with a safe feel and nice neighbors.

Shared kitchen, large living room, bathroom and toilet. Toilet is separate to the bathroom.

We're busy and social, there's a projector in the living room and we host film and dinner nights sometimes. Overall we're relaxed, respectful and easy to live with.

Looking for someone to move in as soon as possible, preferably to start the contract between January 21st and February 10th.

Electricity, water and wifi bills are shared between guests and will be around £50 per month per occupant.
