The room is situated in a 5 bedroom home, you’ll be sharing with 4 other women in their early/mid twenties! At the moment, we're all young professionals, but students are welcome too! The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, and includes your own personal hall closet for extra storage. The flat has two bathrooms and an open plan living room + kitchen with a dishwasher and a clothes washer. There’s also a separate closet with a dryer and we have a small garden out back!

The flat is located off Caledonian Road in North London. Caledonian Road Underground (Piccadilly + night tube) is an 8 minute walk, Caledonian Rd and Barnsbury Overground (Mildmay line) is just 2 minutes away, and Kings Cross is a 20 minute walk or a 10 minute bus. There is also a bus stop just outside the flat with lots of buses to take you toward Holloway and Archway or Angel. A 12 minute bus to Angel also brings you to a large Sainsbury's, M&S, Waitrose, Argos, etc. The area has lots of nice pubs, cute cafes, and good restaurants around!

Rent is £790, bills not included but usually come somewhere around £100. Deposit is £700. If you don’t meet the income requirements you’ll need a guarantor!
