So this would be particularly well suited to someone who likes dogs and would enjoy having a beagle around the house.

I’m looking for someone friendly and relaxed who wants the property to feel like their home.

I am particularly looking for someone who wants stability and a longer-term home, rather than somewhere for just a couple of months. A longer stay would therefore be strongly preferred.
