Reposting because current candidate dropped out so looking for someone to move in ASAP!

I’m looking for someone to take over this double room in this lovely 2-bed flat around Holloway Road/Caledonian Road!
It’s a 7-minute walk to both tube stations, and there's many bus lines around. We have lots of shops for grocery shopping, plus Highbury Fields close-by if you fancy some green space!

The room:
This is a bright double bedroom, offered furnished by the agency (bed, wardrobe, drawers). Big plus is the huge windows giving onto a garden (not ours unfortunately)!

Costs:
• Rent: £1,084
• Bills (gas/electricity/water/Wi-Fi/council tax): ~£160 pcm (council tax Band D)

About me:
I'm a PhD student at UCL so I will be mostly out during the day ! I like to cook, watch films at the cinema, and grab a pint with friends. I am looking for a clean, sociable flatmate who will help me maintain the homey and friendly atmosphere in the flat!
