The flat is approx. 1500 sq ft with an updated kitchen (built-in appliances), fully furnished living room and balcony access. South-facing windows throughout. 10 mins to King’s Cross/St. Pancras, making it easy to get anywhere in London/UK.
Broadband and water included in the rent. You’ll need to be reviewed by the landlord and sign the contract before moving in; once that’s done, move-in is immediate.
About me: 25, fashion student at CSM. I WFH occasionally (knit machine may appear). I like quiet nights, cooking and the occasional dinner party.
