I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my accessible studio at Stapleton House due to personal reasons.

This is one of the largest studios in the building (around 30㎡), with a smart partition separating the sleeping and kitchen areas, so cooking smells don’t travel.

The studio is on the 2nd floor with great natural light, very quiet and comfortable, and includes a spacious private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

Rent is £395 per week, available from now until 12 September 2025, covering the academic year, and the transfer can be done via the official accommodation process.

The building is directly opposite Holloway Road Station (Piccadilly Line) — only 3 stops to UCL and 4 to LSE/KCL — with ALDI, Tesco, Asian supermarkets, and plenty of cafés and restaurants right downstairs.
