Hello, here is a fabulous double room to let. 10 mins walk to the city center. 6 mins walk to get access to city road for the amazing food. This house is well-equipped with almost everything you could expect including washer dryer, fridge. Gas central heating is applied in the entire house.
The current tenant is a PhD student from School of Engineering, Cardiff Uni, who loves movies and hiking. He is kind and open-minded. He prefer quite but doesn't mind to have parties at weekend. He also has a whole set of movie stuff like projector, speaker and 200Mb Wifi if you fancy a movie and have a drink some time.
This room is available from now until 1st April, 2020. All bills are included. Looking forward to another student to move in.
