So my current house mate has gone to university and moved into halls today so I have a free room available to rent...this. house has so much space, 4 bedrooms but will probably only rent 1 of them....really nice open plan living dinning & kitchen, 2 bathrooms with walkin shower and bath...conservatory, roof terrace, hot tub, sauna, and fire bar so great place to be if we do go back into lock down in the future....loads of space and really nicely furnished and super close to Cardiff town centre on a private, quiet, conservation tree lined Avenue.. one of cardiffs secret gems.. bills are included and tge bedroom has it's own tv with sky box, netflix, sky cinema, all included....also have a Gardner and cleaner once per week plus all amenities you would expect from higher end rental like dishwasher, nice glass wear, huge 75 inch curved tv with surround sound etc...message or text for any questions....I'm looking for someone sensible but fun, likes to socialise sometimes, clean and tidy and able to help keep house looking nice and most importantly honest trustworthy and no issues keeping up with the rent...look forward to hearing from you.
