Hello,

We have a good sized double room to rent in our three bedroom house. The room comes furnished and is at the front on the property with a bay window. We have a cosy shared living room and nice garden where we grow our vegetables. Bills are not included in the rent, but come to £60 a month, which includes electricity, heating, water and WiFi.

We are both postgraduate students and are currently working from home. We try to stick to working from 9-5 Mon-Fri and we enjoy relaxing in the evenings watching movies, playing games and drinking lots of tea and the odd glass of gin. We are looking for someone to fill the room as soon as possible, but the starting date can be flexible. We are looking for another postgraduate student as we don't pay council tax for the property.

The house is close to the University, Albany Road shops, Roath Park and about a 30 minute walk to the city centre.
