We are 2 young professionals (Jess and Sinead) looking for someone to take over the tenancy of our third house mate immediately, with the contract ending 31st July 2021. The room is on the first floor at the front of the house. It is the biggest bedroom in the house and is very light with lots of windows. Although the room is unfurnished, there may be negations regarding the bed with our previous house mate. The room can fit in a lot furniture and a large desk would easily fit for working from home. The rest of the house is furnished.

Jess is moving back to Portsmouth in July for studies and so we won't be renewing the contract, so ideally are looking for a short term let.

We are very sociable and often spend the evenings together. We enjoy cooking, watching TV, playing video games and when possible going out for drinks. Ideally looking for someone like-minded as we like to have fun at the weekends.

Water is paid 6 monthly and is due to be paid in March. Works out at roughly £137 each
