2 miles to Cardiff central train station and about a mile to the National Express coach stop. There are regular buses into Cardiff city centre from a bus stop 3 minutes walk away from the house. The house is close to Thompson's Park and Victoria Park. The house is a 10 minute walk from Pontcanna which has lots of great cafes.

• The room available – double room with a single bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers
• Ensuite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower

• There is a young small puppy so no other pets would be appropriate.

🛌THE IDEAL LODGER:
The retired couple are looking for a lady lodger over 30 years old who can assist 3-5 days per month with meal preparation, housesitting and occasionally looking after a puppy. Please note that the husband in his 60s has dementia.

-£220 per month
