I’m a student in Cardiff University and I’m looking for a student to replace my tenancy, I am moving out on 12 of June. It’s a premium studio, in Lumis Student Living accommodation, with a private bathroom and a private kitchen.

the accommodation is great, you can meet lots of people and enjoy the social life here, there’s a study room, cinema room, gym and dining room. Also, amazing common area with games.

The location is almost perfect, around 5 minutes walking to the centre and coop is literally less than 1 minute away.

It’s 155£ per week including the bills.
