It is a student accommodation in a nice location, a couple minutes from the Cathays Lidl and plenty of good pubs. Everyone in the accommodation is friendly and easygoing. You will be replacing me, so there will be 3 girls and a boy in the accom.

Room only available to let for students.

I'm a first year student who plans on continuing there education at a different uni next year but have a space in a student house that i need to fill.
