Location: Curran Road, around a 5–10 minute walk from Cardiff city centre and just south of Cardiff Central railway station.

Available: immediately until 31 May 2027, with potential to extend beyond this date.

The furnished room comes with its own private bathroom, and the flat has a shared kitchen/living area. The building also has excellent communal facilities, including a gym, co-working spaces, residents’ lounge and rooftop area. Wi-Fi is included.

Rent is £660 per month. Bills average approximately £150 per month (including council tax, water and electricity). Wi-Fi is included in the rent. You would be sharing the flat with one other tenant and a cat.

The tenancy runs until 31 May 2027, and I’m looking for someone to take over my place on the existing tenancy, subject to approval by the property management.
