We are looking for a male housemate (to keep it balanced) to join our large friendly houseshare. The house has kitchen, separate dinning room, living room and a spare/guest bedroom. It is spacious and full of character. We have a a great landlord who lives locally (no agencies involved) and rent includes all bills. Move in date beginning of March.
We are located spitting distance from Roath park and close by to great cafes and shops on Albany road. Its a chilled household with friendly people that hang out when people are home but equally have our own busy lives.
Looking for someone who wants more of a home than just a room to sleep in.
