Hello!

We have a unique opportunity to join our warm and friendly house share in beautiful Pontcanna. Dangerously close to Brod bakery / alex gooch, Kings Yard, Chapter Arts Centre, corps yard.. lovely pubs, cafes, shops and just a short walk into the city centre and many beautiful parks.

We’re a sociable house who all get on, but also all very much have our own lives and do our own thing... We occasionally like to have friends over, listen to music and have a few drinks / 0% for some, but we are also focused on what we do and it’s definitely not a 'student house’!

So we are looking for someone who is clean and a little bit house-proud :). We like to think we’ve created a chilled, welcoming, fun space for someone to join in with and nurture!

We’re all pretty creative at home and enjoy making the house a good place to be ― Luckazs does maintenance for the council and is super creative, james is a grant writer for an NGO, toni does research and I am an artist filmmaker / photographer.

It is my house and I am sort of like a 5th housemate, although I am generally around very little as I am living and working in London, but I do keep a small room in the house, am v much involved will be around some of the time.

The room available: a large upstairs room with plenty of light, wooden floors, built in pine wardrobe and shelves.

We would ideally like to find someone who, ultimately, is calm and easy to be around: preferably over 25, vegetarian / vegan in the house, clean, and really someone who wants to make the Blue House their home. We have a garden for growing some veg and fruit, so if you are green fingered that would be welcomed too!

The house has: a decent sized garden, kitchen with range cooker, downstairs toilet / utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, large fridge & separate freezer, 2 living rooms (one with a piano), and a large bathroom.

No smoking inside the house, but there is an ashtray in the garden.

£670 a month including all bills.

LGBTQIA friendly / poc / people friendly...

Will consider a pet.

We do have a preference for a female identifying person to keep a balance in the house.
