Hi All!

We are looking for a third flatmate to join our house from the 11th May 2024.

The house is ideally located a 10 minute walk from the Cardiff City Centre and 20 minutes to Cardiff Bay.

The room is furnished, is a large double and easily fits a desk (great if you work from home) has a small balcony and is reasonably priced at £485 per month plus bills.

You will be sharing a bathroom and toilet with one other flatmate. There are also two living rooms, another toilet, a decent sized kitchen and a small patio garden. You also will have your own designated parking space.

Current tenants are two friendly lads (aged 23 and 30), one works in Hospitality and the other works in Finance.
