We are looking for a new personable, outgoing person to join our household. We have lots of nice art, sculptures and paintings dotted around which gives a cosy and chic vibe.

In terms of the living space there is a shared bathroom upstairs and downstairs toilet. Huge kitchen and lounge space so it doesn't feel like anyone is on top of each other when cooking etc. Lush outdoor space with plenty of sun and friendly neighbours to talk to over the wall.

We have a well organised cleaning schedule. Therefore, whilst the house is very lived in we keep on top of dust etc; so it never feels dirty.

One tenant doesn't eat meat and is LGBT and works for a charity in town sometimes from home.

I am coeliac so have strict dietary requirements; I manage this with my own cooking utensils etc. I am a freelance Photographer and Actor, always out working.

Parking is a visitors permit where you put in your reg and select the hours you need.
