The house is newly renovated, fully furnished and situated close to the city centre. Only a 10 minute walk from Cardiff Queen Street train station, with a post office and corner shop just down the road.

The house includes a large shared kitchen/dining area, modern bathroom with a free-standing tub, cosy shared lounge area, second separate upstairs toilet and a spacious back garden.

The rent includes a weekly cleaner who cleans all common areas and will hoover your room upon request.

The landlord is extremely helpful and quick to respond. He has been excellent when we’ve needed help, and has recently replaced the front door and the kitchen countertop.

Bills and council tax (D) are paid separately and split between the members of the house. Deposit is 1 months rent. No agency fees.
