Small 1 bed flat in Cathays. It is the whole flat. Close to both Cardiff university and Heath hospital.
It has an allocated parking which is great for Cathays as parking can be hard otherwise.
It is ready to move in from 1st of July 2026 with a 12 month contract/tenancy but I’m happy to do it as 14 or higher than 12 months.
The flat is electric only, but has good electric radiators that heat up very quick. The lighting is all energy saving so bills should be low. EPC rating C.
There is no fees to pay other than deposit which is kept in DPS.
