Hello. I am looking for a single person to rent a room in my specious house. House is located in very calm, clean and nice area of Rugby. Room is big, there are 2 wardrobes, drawer, double bed and bedside table. All the furniture is new. I work morning shift so I tend to keep quiet and calm and I would appreciate a person who shares same values. All the bills are included also cleaning, fast broadband, Netflix and Council Tax.
