Hi, I'm Darren, owner of this modern Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully fitted out kitchen, in the pleasant town of Ruislip.
Situated within 75 meters of walking distance of Ruislip underground station, the apartment was purpose-built in 2008 and I have owned it from new.
I have looked after this apartment and am looking for a new tenant as the current tenants will be leaving in August after 2 years of occupation.
The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen as per the pictures including, a dishwasher, washer, dryer, fridge, freezer, oven and hob. The apartment benefits from a walk-out balcony through french doors where you can sit or lay and relax with your coffee to watch the world go by.
